Michelle Leonard

Chief Financial Officer

Michelle Leonard joined Anova as Chief Financial Officer in 2021. Michelle leads the financial and accounting operations of Anova and assists with board governance matters and strategic initiatives. Michelle loves working in the education field and helping manage organizations where children can learn and thrive.

Michelle received her bachelor's degree in Business Management and Finance from St. Mary’s College in 1997. She furthered her education in School Finance and received her Chief Business Officer designation upon completion of a California State Board of Education training program. Michelle has been working in school finance for the past nine years, and prior to working in education she was Controller of a mortgage company.
