Jenna Couture

As Director of Human Resources, Jenna oversees all things Anovian (employee) related including shaping our employee experience, driving our talent management and maintaining all human resources operations.  Jenna has spent the last 15 years working as a people leader for businesses across the board from education, healthcare, retail and entertainment.  She received her Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.  When Jenna is not at work, she is playing with her two small chihuahuas, Saffy and Sprinkle, crafting or baking!
